PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of the order date. If there is any delay, we will reach out to you directly.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States and US Territories.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs vary by product, weight, and destination, with the total calculated at checkout. We have done our best to find the lowest rates available. Please note that carrier rates are subject to change.

DELIVERY TIMES

USPS First Class Mail typically arrives within 5–14 days. Please note that orders under two ounces shipped via First Class Mail do not include tracking.

USPS Ground Advantage typically arrives within 2–5 business days and includes tracking.

USPS Priority Mail typically arrives within 2–3 days and includes tracking.

USPS Priority Mail Express typically arrives within 1–2 days and includes tracking. 

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by USPS or any carrier.

ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS

Once a package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the carrier, USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar. The Paper Drawer is not responsible for lost, missing, or delayed packages, including items that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

RETURN SHIPPING
If a return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
